On November 11, 2016 the meeting of the first thematic group of the Coalition for Children and Youth “Abandonment Prevention and Development of Family Supporting Services“ was held in GASW. 14 representatives/members of the Coalition attended the meeting. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the issue of cooperation between the Coalition and businesses (generation of ideas) and to determine the Coalition involvement in a child protection monitoring process.
Salome Namicheishvili, GASW representative, the leader of the thematic group have introduced the group members to the expert of the project “United Voices for Children” for development of cooperation with businesses. One of the tasks of the expert is to help the Association to sign a memorandum with 2 big businesses and 2 celebrities.
