New model of service for children with severe and profound disabilities - criteria for placement in 24-hour service, the work of a multidisciplinary team; supervision mechanisms and factors to be considered in individual development plan.

Existed professional challenges and their solving ways Observation on participants’ involvement has revealed that discussion of practical aspects and advancing the council’s role as of the needs, assessing and recommending body, was important for council members. The participants were actively engaged in discussion, sharing their experience with each other and expressing the motivation, to become more active in current processes in the child welfare field. At the same time, the need of holding of similar meetings for the effective functioning of the Council has been outlined. It is planned to conduct the similar working meetings with all regional council representatives within the framework of the project.
